Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Billing policy

Payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover is required to complete your reservation with 100% deposit.


Cancellation policy

Changes or cancellation of the reservation are allowed without charge up to 24h. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 HOURS after booking. You will be charged the total amount of the reservation if you cancel 24 HOURS after booking.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations made through our official website.

Check-In Policy

Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. Ability to check-in without the presence of the host.
